RemoteSquared for the client-side is an agent software that gets installed on your system. That agent software sends an encrypted package of information to our RemoteSquared server which allows our IT team to implement automated fixes (scripts), upgrade and update your operating system and antivirus, as well as remotely connect to your computer or device to correct issues that cannot be corrected by the automated scripts.

Sure, we provide a free 7 day trial on one test system. If you’re not happy with the results, feel free to have RemoteSquared removed. We’re so sure that the results of just the inventory reporting alone are more than you could ask for…the other features will keep you using RemoteSquared to protect and update your systems for years to come.

BigSky Networks, Inc. does not guarantee 100% up-time in it’s service level agreement, nor does it support devices that are not covered by RemoteSquared agent installation.
