A system refresh is when your workstations and/or servers need to be replaced due to wear and tear, age or just no longer capable of keeping up with your demands. Our consultants can determine the most cost-effective and efficient route to rebuilding your office systems by performing an onsite analysis. Couple this with your budget and we can put a plan together to make the entire refresh procedure work for you.

Yes, after we’ve determined the cause of the issue, it is discussed with you before workign on the server. Throughout the repair or maintenance process, our consultants are required to add notes to their portal and update you on any issues that arise outside of the scope of work. Once the repairs or maintenance is completed, we’ll monitor the system for 7 days to ensure that the same issue does not come up again. If it does, just let us know and we’ll reschedule a visit.

Yes you can. In fact, many of our clients have dedicated IT Consultants with which they have requested work for their facility so that they know everything about the systems in place. This method is used to decrease overhead by using one of our IT Consultants for only a few days per week or month; or just on projects.
